Beth Schuck

Beth Schuck, President – Beth Schuck worked as a leader in academic libraries for over twenty years including as director of College of Southern Nevada Libraries. Now retired, she volunteers as a literacy tutor at a Clark County Elementary School and with the Friends of Red Rock Canyon. Beth writes middle grade fiction focusing on the power of nature and enjoys camping, hiking and gardening.

Rebecca Dukes

Rebecca Dukes, Vice President  – Born and raised in Ohio, a graduate of the University of Akron (she’s a Zip!) Rebecca fell in love with the American West on her first ski trip to Colorado. After that it was a progression of positions in higher education in Utah, New Mexico, California and Nevada as a Vice President of Advancement and as an investment advisor on foundation endowments with Merrill Lynch, before returning to higher education. She is the team lead for the Desert Tortoise Habitat and a devoted member of the Friends of Red Rock Canyon, also working with Jackson the Red Rock Burro (when he allows that is!).

Troy Hysmith bio

Troy Hysmith, Treasurer – Troy is a native of Florida and resides in the Washington DC area. He currently leads Corporate Insurance, Global Procurement and Vendor Management, Real Estate Dispositions, and World Office Facilities for The Nature Conservancy (TNC). Troy also heads strategic planning, business resilience, PMO, and operations (including talent management and recruiting) for TNC’s Office of the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer. His professional passions are corporate governance and strategic risk management. His personal passions are his three daughters. Troy has a Master’s of Science in Enterprise Risk Management from Columbia University in New York and both a Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Master’s of Science in Management (focused on Corporate Finance) from The Georgia Institute of Technology.

Matt Esper

Matt Esper – Originally from Toronto, Canada, Matt moved to Las Vegas to join the Social Impact & Sustainability division at MGM Resorts International to work at the trifecta of hospitality, sustainability, and data – his passion. At MGM, Matt leads the Company’s environmental data management and responses to ESG ratings while supporting leadership with strategic planning on environmental matters. Before this, Matt worked as a sustainability consultant – specifically with hospitality organizations – and for many years in operations, beginning as a laundry attendant. Matt holds a business degree from the Ted Rogers School of Hospitality & Tourism Management and a graduate degree in public policy specializing in the UN Sustainable Development Goals through a joint program between Tsinghua University in Beijing, China, and the University of Geneva.

Dr. Miles Woodruff bio pic

Dr. Miles Woodruff– Dr. Miles Woodruff, originally from Hawaii and based in Las Vegas, excels in scaling impactful companies and NGO projects focused on climate change, food systems, and animal welfare. Miles has helped startups with product innovation and project execution in the US, UK and Africa, specializing in talent development and fostering inclusive work environments. His education includes a PhD in Biological Anthropology from Durham University, a Masters in Sustainable Enterprise from Presidio Graduate School, and an Associate degree from the Culinary Institute of America. His involvement spans multiple international wildlife societies and cultural diplomacy family office groups. Having competed in Ironman triathlons and fought in the ring in Thailand, Miles loves challenging himself physically as well as mentally.

Brenda Boudreaux – Brenda, a native of Cape May, NJ, brings over 30 years of experience in the gaming and entertainment industry to her role on the board of directors. Having resided in Nevada for 25 years, Brenda spent 8 years in Reno and 17 years in Las Vegas, where she currently resides. Her career has taken her across multiple states and has encompassed various positions both regionally and internationally. She has had executive roles in the areas of casino operations, product management, casino accounting, sales, business development and channel management, as well as regulatory compliance. Throughout her professional journey, Brenda has contributed her expertise to renowned companies such as IGT, Caesars Entertainment, and Station Casinos. Brenda currently works as Industry Executive Advisor- Sports, Entertainment, & Hospitality for SAP. She works with clients to integrate technology solutions and other strategies to meet customer strategic objectives. Her passion extends beyond her work, as she is deeply invested in travel, sports, and entertainment, enjoying these activities with her family and friends. Moreover, Brenda strives to raise awareness and foster appreciation for the abundant outdoor opportunities that Nevada.

Jennifer Bradley – Jennifer Bradley runs her own public relations company, JB Public Relations, and has a wide variety of clients in the healthcare, environment, hospitality, and educational industries. Bradley encompasses 25 years of media relations and community relations experience in Las Vegas with clients. Bradley’s motto is, “Tell your story; before someone tells it for you.” Jennifer is the co-chair of the board for the American Cancer Society, Nevada and also serves on the boards for Southern Nevada Sports Hall of Fame, Southern Nevada Pickleball, Las Vegas Fashion Council, Henderson Community Foundation and the Better Business Bureau Board of Southern Nevada.
Bradley’s awards include the 2023 Women’s PR Agency of Year by Silverstate Awards, 2020 PR Practitioner of the Year Award by PRSA Las Vegas, 2020 & 2019 Women of Distinction NAWBO Nomination Awards, and the Humanitarian of the Year Award, and 40 Under 40 by Vegas Inc. Committed to the community, Bradley is also on the Vegas Chamber Women’s Executive Council and also recently recognized by the Las Vegas Metro Chamber with a Business Executive of the Year Nomination Award.
Each year, Jennifer chooses a charity to assist pro bono and has helped nonprofits, such as the Project Marilyn and Lion Habitat Ranch. Formerly executive director of Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada and The Lili Claire Foundation of Nevada, she continues to assist nonprofits, bringing corporate responsibility and community relations to her clients.

john linss bio

John Linss – An award-winning senior executive, entrepreneur, and innovator, John’s career encompasses a unique blend of C-level roles in Fortune 500 organizations and innovative entrepreneurial ventures that transform industries and organizations. During his career, he has been at the forefront of operationalizing effective strategies within travel/hospitality, education, retail, eCommerce, healthcare, marketing, and technology. As SVP and CTO for Caesars Entertainment, John successfully led and completed integration activities for the $17.5B merger of Eldorado Resorts and Caesars to create the largest U.S. integrated resort and gaming company. An avid endurance hiker and fine art photographer with a passion for conservation, he has been active in a variety of causes and volunteer service roles that enhance and drive value for individuals and communities. He writes occasionally for various publications and is a contributor to the 1st and 2nd edition of Patients Beyond Borders. His formal education includes Bachelor of Science majors in Economics and Interpersonal Communications at the University of Georgia and he has served as an adjunct professor at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School.

Devon Euring bio

Devon Euring – Devon is a seasoned executive senior Risk Manager professional for Nordstrom. With over 13 years of experience in Finance, Compliance, and Risk Management, Devon’s entrepreneurial mindset, dynamic leadership, and eye for detail have made him a key leader in the industry. With a strong motivational leadership approach, Devon has been able to create and grow organizations with DE&I at their core. In addition to his professional experience, Devon is certified in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Operational Risk Management, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. He is a former Board of Director/Chair of Membership Development and Recruitment for the National Association of Black Compliance and Risk Management Professionals, Inc. Devon is passionate about using his expertise to help others and is committed to helping businesses succeed in the ever-changing world of Thought Leadership, Compliance and Risk Management.In his spare time, Devon enjoys spending time with his two boys, exercising, outdoor activities, writing poetry and anything with art.
