You can take action to support public lands education in southern Nevada! Jackson the Red Rock Burro makes periodic appearances at Red Rock Canyon. However, we often receive requests by schools, community groups, and others to arrange visits by Jackson elsewhere in Clark County. To make that happen, though, Jackson and his friends need a trailer.
This November 30 is Giving Tuesday, a day of generosity and community. With your gift this month, you are sending Jackson the Burro on tour throughout Clark County and expanding public lands education and interpretive programs beyond our local public lands, into the community, to kids that may have never seen a horse or burro in person. This is a great opportunity to teach kids about the natural world before they ever step foot on a trail.
